  • Michael Boukadakis

    Founder, Chairman & CEO

    As the founder and chief executive officer of ENACOMM, Michael Boukadakis heads the company’s leadership in multi-modal voice & data applications, including artificial intelligence (AI)-powered conversational voice banking, biometric authentication, next-generation CRM tools, and omni-channel fraud prevention technologies. He is a founding member of the Payments Risk & Fraud Consortium and has decades of experience driving national Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and call center solutions, in addition to creating intelligent customer self-service applications.

    Michael has been involved in the data and voice technology industries for the past four decades. He began his career associated with IBM and Wang and successfully transitioned to founding and serving as CEO of voice processing technology companies including VoiceXpress, VEXIS Systems, Call Analytics, and ENACOMM.

    Michael possesses a wealth of entrepreneurial acumen, keen insight and marketplace intelligence that he has used to recruit the industry’s top talent and develop strategic partnerships to grow and expand ENACOMM’s solutions, markets, and customer base. He continues to skillfully guide his businesses and Fortune 500 customers in navigating an ever-changing technological landscape.

  • Ken Arakelian

    Chief Product Officer

    As Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer for ENACOMM, Ken brings 20+ years in the customer contact care industry with an emphasis in the financial services and banking sector with national brands like Wells Fargo, Citi Bank and Bank of America (Merrill Lynch). Ken also possesses deep product and services IP in the teleco sector with enterprise customers like AT&T, Verizon and TMobile. Ken has spent the last 10 years at Nuance Communications leading Solutions Delivery teams, SaaS | PaaS Operations and Architecture, Product Management, Research and Development and recently lead the Cognitive Innovations Group, an advanced technology group dedicated to the innovation of new digital and customer contact product proliferation utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning processes and technologies. Ken and team have launched many successful advanced CX products and has managed a portfolio that has helped Fortune 100 companies to achieve their digital transformation goals. ENACOMM will leverage Ken’s experience to accelerate product maturity, revenue growth and market share. Ken will lead product strategy with a sharp customer focus. Ken has built a reputation of being an inclusive and hands on leader and partner. His leadership style combined with his industry expertise has built powerful winning teams that drive execution and have fun while working hard.

  • Koushik Kannan

    Chief Technical Officer

    Koushik joined ENACOMM in 2016. His responsibilities include the planning and management of all product and services development. He previously served as Assistant Manager of Development and Lead Architect at RCS – iHeartMedia and Team Lead at Prophet Systems. Koushik has held several leadership positions throughout 18 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions on time and under budget from inception to delivery. He earned his BE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras

  • Trent Sherwood

    Chief Security Officer

    Trent joined ENACOMM in 2005. His responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures, and directing the installation and configuration of all systems. Previously he served as Senior Technical Support Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Trent has a Masters of Religious Education at Midwestern Seminary and a Bachelors of Music Education at Oklahoma State University

  • Joe Brown

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Now based in the San Francisco Bay area, Brown is taking charge of all of ENACOMM’s revenue-generation processes, directing company-wide strategy around sales, customer support, pricing and revenue management. His results-oriented approach is targeted at increasing sales, operating income, cash flow, market penetration, customer acquisition and customer service levels.

    Prior to joining ENACOMM, Brown served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for global eCommerce and subscription billing platform Avangate, which was acquired by a private equity firm. Prior to Avangate, he was Vice President & General Manager of Europe, the Middle East and Africa for RightNow Technologies, a customer relationship management software service provider. Earlier in his career, Brown held various C-suite roles with both software and hardware companies, including Edify Corporation, Auspex Systems and Unisys. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Legal) from University of Witwatersrand and a Master in Business Leadership (MBL) from the University of South Africa.

    Brown’s experience spans the SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), eCommerce CEM (Customer Experience Management), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HCM (Human Capital Management) and Enterprise IT & Storage Management markets, as well as Financial Services, Utilities, Telecommunications, Travel, Retail and Entertainment.
