  • Michael Boukadakis

    Founder, Chairman & CEO

    As the founder and chief executive officer of ENACOMM, Michael Boukadakis heads the company’s leadership in multi-modal voice & data applications, including artificial intelligence (AI)-powered conversational voice banking, biometric authentication, next-generation CRM tools, and omni-channel fraud prevention technologies. He is a founding member of the Payments Risk & Fraud Consortium and has decades of experience driving national Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and call center solutions, in addition to creating intelligent customer self-service applications.

    Michael has been involved in the data and voice technology industries for the past four decades. He began his career associated with IBM and Wang and successfully transitioned to founding and serving as CEO of voice processing technology companies including VoiceXpress, VEXIS Systems, Call Analytics, and ENACOMM.

    Michael possesses a wealth of entrepreneurial acumen, keen insight and marketplace intelligence that he has used to recruit the industry’s top talent and develop strategic partnerships to grow and expand ENACOMM’s solutions, markets, and customer base. He continues to skillfully guide his businesses and Fortune 500 customers in navigating an ever-changing technological landscape.

  • Koushik Kannan

    Chief Technical Officer

    Koushik joined ENACOMM in 2016. His responsibilities include the planning and management of all product and services development. He previously served as Assistant Manager of Development and Lead Architect at RCS – iHeartMedia and Team Lead at Prophet Systems. Koushik has held several leadership positions throughout 18 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software solutions on time and under budget from inception to delivery. He earned his BE in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras

  • Trent Sherwood

    Chief Security Officer

    Trent joined ENACOMM in 2005. His responsibilities include managing the development and implementation of security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures, and directing the installation and configuration of all systems. Previously he served as Senior Technical Support Analyst at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Trent has a Masters of Religious Education at Midwestern Seminary and a Bachelors of Music Education at Oklahoma State University

  • Cagla Darveaux

    Chief Operating Officer

    With three decades of experience in business operations and project management, Cagla Darveaux propels ENACOMM to greater operational efficiency in pursuit of the next level of success. In her role as Senior Vice President of Business Development Operations, Cagla’s number one priority is driving operational excellence.

    In conjunction with oversight of day-to-day activities at ENACOMM, Cagla is responsible for the Business Operations Team. As part of the leadership team, she accelerates revenue-generating projects and ensures that they are on track.

    Cagla both oversees established organizational support and maintenance at ENACOMM, and she helps to develop new internal operational processes that are trackable, repeatable, and reportable. Her goals include increasing ENACOMM’s efficiency, improving the company’s day-to-day operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, promoting effective teamwork, and fast-tracking revenue generation through project prioritization.

    With extensive experience applying her project management and multi-site contact center expertise, Cagla has led start-up and early-stage growth, as well as the ongoing, successful operations of well-established organizations. Prior to joining ENACOMM, Cagla spent more than nine years consulting in Project and Program Management. She also previously held management roles at AustinCSI, Merchant Customer Exchange (MCX), Isis Mobile Commerce, First Choice Power, Securus Technologies, FedEx Kinko's, Telvista, and Customer Solutions Group, among others.

    One of Cagla’s personal passions is fostering dogs so they can be adopted into loving homes. She serves as the treasurer for Take Me Home Pet Rescue in Richardson, TX.

  • Stacey Zuniga

    Chief Revenue Officer

    Stacey has over 25 years of technology operations and finance experience with organizations ranging from startups to the Fortune 500 companies.

    As CRO at ENACOMM, Stacey is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, and product initiatives to maximize revenue, innovation, and partnership success.  His focus is on developing channel relationships and technology partnerships while playing a key role in driving strategic vision with senior management for the ENACOMM Financial Suite of products and services. 

    Prior to joining ENACOMM, Stacey co-founded and served as COO for a mobile banking company where he was instrumental in raising venture capital and onboarding over 200 community financial institutions to the company’s mobile apps platform on behalf of the company’s digital banking partners.

    Before entering the financial technology sector, Stacey co-founded and served in senior leadership roles for several software and mobile technology startups. Prior to joining the startup community, Stacey served in production and project management positions at Texas Instruments and Motorola.
